Outbound
Helix dials your list and sets its own pace.
Helix keeps several lines ringing for every agent standing by and puts the answers straight into a headset. You set the ceiling on dropped calls; Helix finds the pace underneath.
Predictive, or a ratio you set
Predictive tunes itself to hold your ceiling; a fixed ratio stays where you set it.
The pace is re-checked every five minutes
Helix checks the window just gone against your ceiling.
When everybody is busy
Answered calls join the queue for the next agent.
“Everyone is busy” and “nobody is online” are two different settings.
Someone picks up
A dial is answered and there is a person on the line.
Every agent is mid-call
The agent whose slot triggered the dial is still talking to somebody else.
They join the queue
Straight in, with a short message first if you set one.
The next agent free takes them
Matched to the next eligible agent the moment one comes free.
Where the leads come from
Helix dials a GoHighLevel smart list you already built.
People who start matching it are added, people who stop matching drop out, and the list stays in step on its own.

Your vendors post straight in
Each lead vendor gets its own address to post to and its own key.
Two agents never ring the same person
One call at a time per person, across every campaign in your account.
The rules you set
The settings every dial is checked against.
Each of these is a setting on the campaign.
Calling hours in the lead’s local time
Set the window once, and Helix applies it in the lead’s own local hour.
Attempt caps and cooldowns
A number waits the hours you set before it is tried again, and you can cap the attempts it ever gets.
Licensed agents only
Helix dials the states your ready agents are licensed in.
The number the call goes out from
Calls go out from one of your numbers closest to the person being dialed, in rotation.
The order the list is worked in
Least-dialed first, newest first, or longest since the last try.
Helix is in private release.
A small number of GoHighLevel agencies are running on it. Tell us about your team, or read the outbound campaign settings in full first.
