Helix Dialer
Helix Dialer is a phone system that lives inside GoHighLevel. Your agents get a dialer bar on every GoHighLevel screen; you get an Admin page to run campaigns, numbers, vendors and your team, and a Logs page to see every call.
Where to start
Section titled “Where to start”Setting it up for the first time? Getting Started walks the first admin from installation to the first campaign, in the order the app expects.
You make the calls. The Dialer covers the bar: joining a campaign, taking and placing calls, what every button does, and what to do when something goes wrong.
You run the team. Admin is one page per screen of the Admin area, in the same order the screens appear.
You want to see what happened. Logs covers the call log, the record of what was written back to GoHighLevel, and cost per acquisition.
How these docs are organised
Section titled “How these docs are organised”The navigation on the left mirrors the app. A section in the docs is a section in the app; a page in the docs is a tab on that screen; a heading on a page is a card on that tab, in the order the cards appear. If you can see it on screen, you can find it here by the same name — every button, field and option is written exactly as it’s labelled.
Callouts mark the things the screen doesn’t tell you:
