Logs

Dialer Logs is its own item in the GoHighLevel sidebar, alongside Dialer and Dialer Admin. It opens inside GoHighLevel in the same tab, so you stay signed in as you move between it and the dialer.

It is a read-only page. There’s no Save changes button anywhere on it, and nothing you do here changes a call, a campaign, a contact or a charge — you’re looking at what already happened.

Tab Who can open it What it answers
Calls Everyone — admins and agents What happened on a call, and when
Integrations Admins only Did our writes to GoHighLevel land, what did GoHighLevel say back, and what did your vendors post in
CPA Admins only What your vendor leads cost per acquisition

An agent gets Calls and nothing else. The tab bar isn’t shown to them at all — one tab isn’t a choice — and the calls they see are their own. See Calls for exactly how that scoping works.

Admins get all three tabs across the top of the page: Calls, Integrations, CPA.

Every time on this page — the Time column, the date-range filter, the When in an expanded row — is shown in your browser’s timezone, and the Calls and Integrations tabs each name that timezone at the foot of the table. There’s no account timezone to set, so an admin in New York and an agent in Denver looking at the same call see their own local clock time.

There’s no sign-out button on this page, deliberately. This page and the dialer share one sign-in, and signing out here would knock an agent’s dialer offline mid-shift. Sign out from the dialer instead.

  • Calls — every call placed or received, with filters for agent, number, campaign, list, vendor, disposition and outcome, plus recording playback.
  • Integrations — every write we sent to GoHighLevel, every message GoHighLevel sent us, and every lead your vendors posted in, with the failures called out first.
  • CPA — what your inbound vendors cost, grouped by vendor or by the agent who took the call.
